RATES AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Trulli Terralunga is a vacation home; therefore regardless of the number of guests (max. 7 people) is given full and complete ownership for rent.

It is not possible to rent a single room neither part of the structure.

Rates include:

• Electricity, water, heating and cooling
• Weekly change of sheets and towels
• Tourist tax + municipal taxes

Rates don't include:

• the services of breakfast / lunch / dinner, Chef service at home, cooking lesson, excursions or other activities that may be organized
• Cleaning at the end of the stay (charged to the customer) € 200

• 10% of the total payment at the time of reservation request (without the deposit, the request expires after 48h)
• 90% of the full amount within 8 days before arrival at the facility
• In case of last minute booking (7 days before arrival at the facility), 100% of the total price will be charged immediately.
• Reservations made 90 days prior to arrival at the facility are entitled to a 10% reduction on the full rate
• Preferred payment method: bank transfer
